Coverage and Updates
- Coverage. 14 US grid regions, 2025-08-15 to 2026-09-19.
- Update cadence. EIA publishes hourly grid data with a lag of about one hour for demand and up to 13 hours for generation by fuel. Daily totals are rebuilt with every site build and cover a rolling window of about 400 days.
- Changes made. Hourly EIA-930 values were summed to daily totals in each region's local time by World Power Monitor. The US Lower 48 row overlaps the other regions; do not add them together.
