Hours are time weighted, so 15 minute and 60 minute intervals count alike. Share of hours divides by 24 times the days with data, so it is approximate on clock change days. A streak is consecutive local days each with at least one interval below zero, not a continuous run of hours.

No price below zero appears anywhere in the 400 days held for Italy Sardinia; the lowest is EUR 0.00/MWh. We have not checked whether market rules for this zone set a floor at zero.
